Anyone having troubles with acidity and gastric..
Here is the solution for it..
I tried and this is a very easy home remedy.
Water-1 cup
Ginger-2 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Cinnamon- 1 small piece
Jaggery- 1 tsp
1.Grind ginger,jeera,cinnamon to a powder.
2.Boil water and add jaggery.
3.Add the ground powder to the water.
4.Boil for ten minutes.
5.Filter the water and drink.
This really worked out for my husband and reduced the problem
of acidity and gastric.This reduces the heart burn and many other
problems.This remedy is equally good for digestion.

thanks for the easy to make recipe. i too have GERD, due to which have to prolong sleeping or lying down for minimum of 2 hrs after meals.
