A chutney that can be instantly made with all daily cooking ingredients.
Onions 2 nos
Urad dhal 3 tsp
Red Chillies 2 nos
Tamrind 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a pan and add urad dhal and fry till light brown
2. Add the cut onions, tamarind paste, salt and red chillies and fry till onion turns transparent
3. Grind all the content to a smooth paste
4. Serve hot with dosa, idly or with hot rice.
Yummy chutney is ready...
Health Facts:
Onion is very good for health and cools the body, dhal is protein rich.
contains very less oil and is less fat chutney.
