When we go to beach in chennai, our first thought is to have masala kadalai, then sundal and bajji.
masala kadalai is very simple to make.Here goes the recipe for that.
Ground Nuts 1 cup
chopped Tomato 1/2
chopped onion 1/2
Grated carrot
Lemon 2 tsp
cilantro to garnish
salt to taste
Boil the ground nuts
Mix tomatoes,onion,lemon,salt and cilantro
Masala kadalai is ready:-)
Nutrition Facts:
- Ground nut is protein rich
- Tomatoes are good for Vitamin C
- Onions are good for cooling the body
- On the whole the whole dish is very very healthy
