Semiya 1 cup
onion 1 tsp cut
peas 1 spoon
carrot 1 spoon
green chillies 1
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
urad dhal 1 tsp
salt to taste
water to boil
- Fry the semiya till golden brown and keep aside.
- In a pan pour 1 tsp oil, mustard seeds,urad dhal, green chilli and onion.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Pour one cup of water and boil and add salt to the water.
- put the semiya and keep it closed for five min and allow to cook.
- Once cooked stir for a minute and upma is ready.
