Semiya Upma

It's a simple and fastest tiffin to pack for lunch and kids would also enjoy.

Semiya 1 cup
onion 1 tsp cut
peas 1 spoon
carrot 1 spoon
green chillies 1
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
urad dhal 1 tsp
salt to taste
water to boil
  1. Fry the semiya till golden brown and keep aside.
  2. In a pan pour 1 tsp oil, mustard seeds,urad dhal, green chilli and onion.
  3. Fry till golden brown.
  4. Pour one cup of water and boil and add salt to the water.
  5. put the semiya and keep it closed for five min and allow to cook.
  6. Once cooked stir for a minute and upma is ready.
