This dish is i have just made with whatever i had at home with puffed rice.
What you need?
- Puffed rice 1 cup
- Cut onions 3 tsp
- Cut tomato 3 tsp
- Grated carrot 3 tsp
- Coriander chutney 3 tsp (Ground with coriander and 1 green chilli)
- Tamrind chutney 3 tsp(melt jaggery and add little water,1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder)
- Sev to garinish
- Coriander to garnish
How to make?
Mix all the ingredients together and garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
We can also add puri and many other vegetables or chutney as required.
