Masala Chai


A very healthy with all the spices for a refreshing evening.

Ingredients(for 1 cup of tea)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup water
2 Tsp Tea powder
Ginger 1 inch
2 Cloves
2 Pepper seeds
1 small piece of Cinnamon
2 Cardamom

How to make?
  • Boil 1/2 cup of water
  • Crush all the spices and add in the water
  • Boil for 3 minutes
  • Add the tea powder and boil for few minutes
  • Add 1/2 cup of milk
  • Boil till milk is hot and switch off the stove
  • Close with a lid for two minutes
  • Strain the tea and serve hot
