A very healthy with all the spices for a refreshing evening.
Ingredients(for 1 cup of tea)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup water
2 Tsp Tea powder
Ginger 1 inch
2 Cloves
2 Pepper seeds
1 small piece of Cinnamon
2 Cardamom
How to make?
- Boil 1/2 cup of water
- Crush all the spices and add in the water
- Boil for 3 minutes
- Add the tea powder and boil for few minutes
- Add 1/2 cup of milk
- Boil till milk is hot and switch off the stove
- Close with a lid for two minutes
- Strain the tea and serve hot
