I thought of making some Kulfi since i had lot of milk at home.
12 medium cups of Milk
3 cups of Sugar
1 cup of chopped almonds,pista and raisins
Pinch of Safforn
Method
In a pan boil the milk until the milk is condensed well. Keep stirring continuously for atleast 45 minutes.After it becomes thick and light pink in color, add the sugar and stir.
Once the milk is condensed and becomes thick. Add the safforn and all the nuts and mix well for 10 minutes.
Pour it into a Vessel and freeze for atleast 5-6 hours to set.
Enjoy the Kulfi.
