Today the day was really busy with my little one.Just wanted to cook something quick for dinner. Hence thought about pasta and this will also be a dish to cook within 30 minutes for blogging marathon by Srivalli. Also, tomorrow being Tamil New years day i did not want any left overs. Hence decided to do pasta.
Here goes the recipe for the Vegetable pasta.
Ingredients
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Masala's
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cumin powder
salt to taste
Method
Boil the pasta with some salt and keep it aside.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
In a pan add the olive oil and onions and fry for a minute.
Add the other vegetables and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add all the masala powders as mentioned above and mix well (turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and required salt)
Mix the cooked pasta and serve hot with garnished cheese.
This wholesome meal is ready within 20 minutes. You can also finish eating within 30 minutes.
Note:
Any vegetables can be added as per your taste.
I used whole wheat pasta since it is much healthier than normal pasta.
If you want to make it little liquid, add some water while cooking the vegetables.
