I tried Champa's Dhoodh peda with Ricotta Cheese. It came out so well.
It tasted really nice. The method is also very quick and easy to do. I used mostly her measurements and did not change much.
1 (15oz) tub of Ricotta cheese (any variety)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Milk powder
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1 tea spoon Cardomom powder
Pistachios to garnish
Method

Add the Ricotta cheese and keep stirring until it is semi dry.
Add the powdered sugar,milk powder and keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.
Add the Cardomom powder and mix well.
Once it starts leaving the pan and forms like a dough,turn off the stove.
Transfer the contents into a plate greased with ghee.
Roll it flat and allow it to cool.
Cut into desired shapes once it cools down.
garnish with some pistachios
