Milk Sweet with Ricotta Cheese

My husband and I love Milk sweets and I thought of making some at home this time with Ricotta cheese.
I tried Champa's Dhoodh peda with Ricotta Cheese. It came out so well.
It tasted really nice. The method is also very quick and easy to do. I used mostly her measurements and did not change much.
Here is the Ingredients
1 (15oz) tub of Ricotta cheese (any variety)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Milk powder
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1 tea spoon Cardomom powder
Pistachios to garnish

Method
In a pan add the butter and allow it to melt. Keep the stove in medium flame.
Add the Ricotta cheese and keep stirring until it is semi dry.
Add the powdered sugar,milk powder and keep stirring for 10-15 minutes.
Add the Cardomom powder and mix well.
Once it starts leaving the pan and forms like a dough,turn off the stove.
Transfer the contents into a plate greased with ghee.
Roll it flat and allow it to cool.
Cut into desired shapes once it cools down.
garnish with some pistachios
