Monaco mini bites|BM#6

This is 6th Blogging Marathon run by Srivalli. This time i chose the theme 'Seven days of Mini Bites'. My recipe(Monaco Mini bites) for the first day is too too simple and easy to make if everything is at home.
Can there be a more simple recipe than this? Kids will just love them for sure. This can be had in a single bite.
Now, here goes the recipe,

Ingredients
10 Monaco salt biscuits
1 Tomato (little hard one's)
1 Slice of cheese
1/2 cup of Cilantro chutney or Basil pesto
1/4 cup of channa masala (I used them since i had some leftover's)

To assemble,
Place the Monaco salt biscuits flat on a plate.
For the first one,Spread little Chutney/pesto and keep the Tomato and cheese on top. (I made some Basil pesto)
For the next one, On top of Biscuits, spread a little channa masala.
Like this you can choose whatever combo you want to spread the toppings with.
We can keep any toppings as we like. I used the one's above.
Other toppings suggestions are,
Onions, Tomato chutney and bell peppers.
Just plain cheese- Kids will love them.

To make the Basil pesto:
1 cup Basil leaves
1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon
salt to taste

Grind all the ingredients above to a smooth paste and pesto is ready. It really tastes awesome with lot of other dishes like Pizza, pasta.
