Paneer Paratha|Mini Bites|BM#6

Today 3rd day of Blogging Marathon. My recipe for the day is Paneer Paratha.
Ingredients
For Outer covering
1 cup Whole wheat flour 1 tea spoon salt water to knead Stuffing
1 cup of grated paneer
2 tsp methi leaves
1 tsp Corainder powder
1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbl spn oil
salt to taste

Method:
For the Dough
Knead the flour with some water to form a thick dough. Place it aside for 1/2 hour.
Divide the flour to 10 equal parts.
For the Stuffing
In a pan, add oil,cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
Then add all the other ingredeints and stir fry for couple of minutes and now the stuffing is ready.
For the Rest..
Now, roll the dough and flatten little bit and scoop 1-2 spoons of the suffing.
Roll out with a little flour into a flat chapathis'.Make it small for kids.
Heat the pan and place the paratha in the pan and allow it cook until you see brown spots on both sides. Add a drop of oil while cooking after you flip once.
Serve hot with Boondhi raitha or any raitha.
