Rava Kesari|5 Ingredient or less

Now comes the 8th version of Blogging Marathon hosted by Srivalli. This time there were several topics and i chose 5 ingredients or less. I thought of starting with a sweet dish today.
Now the recipe,
1/2 cup Sooji (Rava)
3/4-1 cup sugar (based on your sweet tooth)
1 cup water
2 tea spoon Ghee
Cashews and Raisins
Method:
In a pan add the ghee and cashews and raisins and fry till golden brown.
Add the Sooji and fry for a minute.
Add the sugar and water and stir well. Cover and allow it to cook for few minutes. Keep stirring on and off.
Once the consistency is thick turn off the stove and serve hot.

Kesari- any time its welcome. I usually add water first and once the rava is cooked, add the sugar. May be your method, will not leave any lumps. Should try this way.
