We had variety rice for dinner and did not have any chips in hand to eat with it.
I then thought of making potato chips in Microwave and see how it turns out. They were cooked with in minutes and turned out amazing. The chips was really crisp and tasted really nice.
It is one of the most simplest dish i have ever done i think. But it is  really worth a try.
Ingredients
1 Potato
Little salt to sprinkle
1 tea spoon oil

Method
Thinly slice the potato. Sprinkle some salt and spray the oil on top or just spread the oil over the potato.
Cook in a microwave plate on high for about 4-5 minutes until they are crisp and light brown in color.

Red Chilli powder 1 tea spoon

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients with the groundnuts.
Spread some oil over the mixture and mix well.
