Masala Groundnuts|BM #18

Today i wanted to try Masala Groundnuts in Microwave oven instead of frying in oil. You can also try to broil in the oven or bake in the oven. These Masala Groundnuts was a great hit in our house. They are really easy and quick to make.

Here are the ingredients to make
Groundnuts 2 cup
Besan (Kadalai maav) 1/2 cup
Rice flour 3 tea spoon
Red Chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon

Method
Sprinkle some water over the groundnuts.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients with the groundnuts.
Spread some oil over the mixture and mix well.
Microwave on high for approx 10 minutes.
[The timing might vary based on each microwave. Basically, Microwave on high until the groundnuts are crisp].
