Ground nut Sundal- Day 3


Day 3 of Navarathiri with Ground nut sundal.
Ingredients
Ground Nuts 1 cup
Coconut 2 tea spoon
Oil 1 tea spoon

To Grind
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Red chillies 2
Channa dhal 1 tsp

To Splutter
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dhal 1 tsp
green chillies 1
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

Method
1. Boil Ground nuts and keep aside.
2.In a pan add drop of oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal, green chillies and allow to splutter.
3.Add the ground masala powder and coconut
4. Add the boiled ground nuts and mix well.
5. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.

i think you dont like groundnut at all -good you have made sundal also.besan ladoo is mouth watering.
