Onion Bajji|5 Ingredients or less

Friday evening and why will we not want to eat some crispy snack like Bajji with some hot tea?
Also, relax and play with my baby, crawling ,smiling, laughing with him and sing rhymes for him.
He also loves to watch me cooking, stirring, making sounds etc.. at this age itself.
What more we want??
Ingredients
1 cup Besan (Kadalai Maav)
1/4 cup Rice flour (Arisi Maav)
1 tea spoon chilli powder (Milagai podi)
Onions cut in round shape
water
salt to taste

Method
In a vessel add the flour, salt, chilli powder and water and mix and form a thick liquid.
Dip the cut onions and deep fry them in the oil until it is bright orangish yellow.
Serve hot with ketchup or any chutneys.

You can try this with any veggies you like.
