This is a recipe where i am sure kids will love it. Not only kids, anyone would love it.
This is such an easy recipe.Almost like a Vegetable kothu paratha.
Ingredients
5-6 Chapathi/Roti
1 Tomato
1/2 onion
1/2 Capsicum/Bell pepper
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon Pav bhaji masala
1 tea spoon Aamchur powder (optional)
salt to taste
2 tea spoon oil
1 tea spoon Jeera
1 tea spoon Sauf--This added a kick to it..
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method
Make the little thick Roti's and cut into thin strips and keep aside.
To cut into thin strips- Stack all the roti's together and cut into four quarters and then into thin strips.
In a pan add the oil, jeera and sauf and allow it to splutter.
Add the onions and salt fry till golden brown.
Add the bell peppers and saute for 3-4 minutes
Add the tomatoes and allow it cook till the water evaporates
Add all the masala as mentioned above (Turmeric powder,pav bhaji masala,chilli powder and Aamchur powder)
Now add the cut chapathis and mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
